ParticipantI recently installed Event Tickets and Event Tickets Pro. I am getting this message: “To begin using Tickets Plus, please install and activate the latest version of WooCommerce.” However, due to some conflicts with other plugins and general stability concerns, upgrading to the latest version of WooCommerce is not possible. I am currently using WooCommerce 2.5.5. Is there any way, perhaps through a downgrade, that I can use Event Tickets Pro with my current version of WooCommerce? Thanks

MemberGood evening Lucy and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic. To answer your question, your best bet is to use versions of the plugins that have a more or less similar release date.
Sometimes, you might even have to downgrade to a version of WordPress that was released initially around that same date.
In this case, your version of WooCommerce dates from March 2016, this would mean approximately: the Events Calendar, Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus 4.1.2
When something like this happens, after a backup of your database, we typically recommend downgrading back to the last working version of our plugins on your site.
I recommend reading the following: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/downgrading-plugin-past-version/
Let me know how that goes.

ParticipantHi Geoff,
Thanks for the assistance. How would I download version 4.1.2 of the plugins? The download page only goes as far back as 4.2.7 for Event Tickets and 4.6.1.1 for Event Tickets Plus.
Thanks

MemberGood evening Lucy,
We are almost there. But here are a couple of additional pointers:
- You really need to get Event tickets to 4.1.2 too. If the version is not accessible within your the Events Calendar.com account, you can always get a copy here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/event-tickets/advanced/ (look for the Previous Versions section)
- Please make sure the Events Calendar is at 4.1.2 as well https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/advanced/
As for the error message, as a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

Hang in there!
