User Role – To view Attendees, but not edit all other posts on the site

Is there an easy method of creating a user role that can access event attendee list without being able to access the rest of the things that use the same capabilities. It looks like the Attendees capability group use the standard create_ , edit_, etc… for posts.

OR – do you have some functionality to email out the list of attendees to a specific email address the day of an event?

Thanks so much for reaching out!

We don’t have any easy method to create that particular user role, however you can look into combining our plugin with a third-party plugin like Members, which may be able to get you closer to what you are trying to achieve.

It is possible to export a list of all attendees, which you could then manually email to someone, although it is not quite an automated process.

If this functionality is a requirement for your intended project, I’d suggest that a third-party developer would be the best way to make this feature happen on a short timeline. ? We maintain a list of developers who work with our plugins on our Knowledgebase here:
