    Hi,

I am completely new to WordPress and your plugins, but not to web development. I see that the plugin Community Events allows users to register to submit events. I believe WordPress includes a user management system, so does this feature work with the existing WordPress user management system? I only want each user to have to register once for the entire site.

    Thanks!
    Brian

    Hi Brian,

Thanks for reaching out! Our Community Events plugin does use the existing WordPress user management system and established user roles, so there’s no need to administrate two separate sets of users. You can also allow event submissions from anonymous users, though only logged-in users may be allowed to edit their events at a later date. For more information on the available settings for Community Events, check out our Knowledgebase article here:

Let me know if you should have any other questions or concerns here! 🙂 Cheers, and thanks again!
