    Hey Guys,

    I’m moving over from Tickera hopefully as this plugin is way more powerful! BUT one thing I cannot seem to figure out / find info on is how to gather additional information for people buying tickets.

    IE – I create an event, have tickets (woocomm tickets) – For each of my events I have to gather some custom information about the attendee. With tickera, I could create forms and assign them to tickets, so on purchase they need to be filled in.

    How can i get this to happen?

    I’m sorry to bear this news, but at this time there is no support for these features in our plugins 🙁

    This is one of the great missing features from Event Tickets Plus! We’re working on it but it’s not available at this time, and won’t be for at least several months.

    I’m really sorry if this is a big disappointment!

    Duuuuude that sucks a fat one! hehe

    Could you think of any hack way around it? Can gravity forms maybe be deployed? Im really hating Tickera and wanting to use you guys but that is the one thing the client must have!

    I agree with you about this sucking 🙁 It’s one of the features we are working on most actively. I unfortunately do not have any workarounds, it’s a rather complicated feature to build and so there are not very many “short-cut” sort of things around this 🙁

    Hey George,

    That is a real shame. I’d like to please request a refund of the licenses I renewed in hope of this working. I can’t use the plugin for what I want so renewing was pointless.

    Sure thing Zoe, I’m really sorry to disappoint but we’re happy to issue a refund. Please follow the steps on this page to get a refund → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/

    Do those steps as soon as possible, since we only have a 30-day window from the date of purchase of the license where we can issue the refund! (Which is imposed by our payment processors, PayPal and Stripe, not us!)
