    Using the Events Manager plugin (not your product) for two years now, our customers have had a horrid experience with registering and managing their bookings, in particular never receiving their lost password emails. How does The Events Calendar make it the customer experience positive (any videos) and which upsells should I purchase (Calendar, Ticket, others?) to create the best experience possible? Also, will I need WooCommerce or is PayPal payment for events adequate?

    Sorry to hear about your negative experience with calendar software you mentioned 🙁 I guess that the best way to see if our plugins fits your needs is to actually try them out 🙂

    It all depends on your site requirements, Can you please let me know a bit about this? You can check each product page and find information and videos about each of them. But again probably the best way to get to know how things works is to actually try them out!

    Also, will I need WooCommerce or is PayPal payment for events adequate?

    If you plan to sell tickets for events you’ll need to have The Events Calendar (free), Event Tickets (free) and Event Tickets Plus (premium) installed + an ecommerce engine (WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads). Both ecommerce plugins work well with Pay-Pal so that’s def a valid payment option!
