GuestFatal error: Class ‘Tribe__Events__Aggregator__API__Abstract’ not found in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\wordpress\wp-content\plugins\the-events-calendar\src\Tribe\Aggregator\API\Origins.php on line 5
Hello, we are testing event calendar in our test environment, but ever since we installed this plugin, we always encounter similar fatal error situations such as some class not found in php and site stopped showing any pages. Today it didn`t work again. Last Friday it was working properly, and nobody changed anything, but this morning, when we click some pages it shows:
” Fatal error: Class ‘Tribe__Events__Aggregator__API__Abstract’ not found in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\wordpress\wp-content\plugins\the-events-calendar\src\Tribe\Aggregator\API\Origins.php on line 5″
When I tried to deactivate the plugin, even the CMS didn`t work, it shows:
”
Fatal error: Class ‘Tribe__Events__Aggregator__Record__Queue_Processor’ not found in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\wordpress\wp-content\plugins\the-events-calendar\src\Tribe\Aggregator.php on line 466
”Can you please help us understand what is going on and how to prevent similar situations from happening again? Especially when this site goes alive, Right now we cannot event use the WordPress at all.
Thanks,

MemberHi there!
Thanks so much for getting in touch! I’m afraid that we’re not equipped to provide technical support for current plugin users here in our pre-sales forum. We’d be more than happy to assist you at one of the following locations:
• If you’re using one or more of our free plugins such as The Events Calendar and Event Tickets, you can request assistance on the WordPress.org support forum for the affected product.
• If you’re a current license holder for one of our premium offerings, please log in to your account and submit a post to the appropriate forum for the affected product. If you can, please take the time to confirm in your post that you’ve run through our Testing for Conflicts steps prior to contacting us–this will save us a step and help us to get your issue resolved that much quicker! 🙂
Thanks again, and we’ll see you in the forums!
