    We have been using event tickets plus for some time and it has been working great for our intended purchase. I am looking to be able to offer folks a discounted rate of a specific type of ticket, but only if they purchase a specific type of ticket in our event.

    For example, we are a motorsports website for drift events. We currently use event tickets plus for our drivers registration.

    So if a driver purchases drivers registration, and fills out the form. We want to be able to sell that driver ride along tickets at a discounted rate upon checkout.

    Is there a way to show a ticket upgrade or specific ticket only if they purchase our drivers registration ticket?

    We do not want the general public to be aware of this change or discount. We don’t want to do a coupon code, because most of our user base is already technology challenged, and we don’t want to have to follow up with them or have to give out refunds if they purchased the normal price ride along ticket.

    Hi Zac,

    Thanks for reaching out! Are you using WooCommerce currently with Event Tickets Plus? If so, then, as tickets are essentially WooCommerce simple products, they typically work pretty well with WooCommerce extensions, which you can use to bundle or link products and provide conditional discounts like you are describing.

    I would recommend testing some of those out to see if you can get them working the way that you need. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us in our Event Tickets Plus support forum! We are limited in the amount of support that we can provide for third-party integrations like this, but we can always try to point you in the right direction 🙂
