    Hi there,

We use the events calendar, Events Calendar Pro, and the Eventbrite addition.

We just updated Events Calendar Pro and the Eventbrite addition plugins to the most recent versions but when we try to update the base Events Calendar plugin and then try to load our calendar, it shows us a blank calendar and no data comes through.

We currently have Version 3.9.3 of the base events calendar and we’re trying to upgrade to 3.11.

At this point, we can not see the Import Eventbrite tool, and we’re pretty much hamstrung. We have played around with this for quite a few hours and need to begin promoting 20+ events by Monday.

Can someone please help out with this? Have you seen this issue before?

    Howdy fbnfarmers,

Thanks for clearly outlining the problem. That does sound strange. You would definitely want to be running matching versions, it’s good that you’re trying to get everything on 3.11.

What if you tried a manual update as outlined in this guide? If everything else is already on 3.11, then just manually update the core plugin as well. Does that work? Please let me know if I can assist along the way. I want to get you back up and running. If that does not work, you might enable WP_DEBUG  so you can see an error message instead of a white screen. The error message might be informative.

    Cheers!
