I just went to upgrade out Event plugin but forgot that I had already signed up for the pro version. As a result I ended up setting up a new account and buying Pro from there. How do I switch that purchase to the correct account now?
Thanks for reaching out! We are not able to transfer a license/subscription from one account to another, but what you can do is submit a refund request from the new account and create a new subscription on this account.
