ParticipantI made the update to the Events Calendar and my Facebook add on and the Events calendar Pro plugin was uninstalled.
I downloaded the plugin again and tried to upload it but it is telling me:Destination folder already exists. D:/CustomerData/webspaces/webspace_00113790/webapps/WordPress-68689/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/
plugin install failed
I am really relying on this feature especially the recurring events for my blog and urgently need this fixed – Please help Folks!!

That sounds strange, Can you send me a screenshoot of what’s happening at the downloads page?

MemberAoife,
I can’t see the screen you attached, Can you use an image hosting service -like cloudup.com, imgur.com, etc- to upload the image and paste the link here?
Thanks,

MemberThanks Aoife,
I thought you were talking about the Download section at our site 🙁 I get you know.
Please review this article explaining how to Manually Update the plugins. Note that deleting/replacing the plugin files won’t delete your events or settings. This process solves most of the updating issues.
Please let me know if you can manage to update it manually,

ParticipantHi Nico
I managed to get the Pro plugin updated – However the reoccurring events featured is totally messed up!
When i try to add an event for start on the 4th of Aug end on the 5th of September
When i click through the back end to see the event It goes to “this event has passed” and clicking on see all gives me a ” this content is missing message. I see now why: http://imgur.com/LDApr0m the date inverted itself to appear as the 9th of May rather than the 5th of September.
I have checked my settings and timezone is set for Dublin, date format is set in European Format : Day/ Month/ Year.
I am quite concerned here as my licence for pro is up on the 29th of October and I am not sure why i should be paying for this another year if the reoccurring events feature is not working!
Please help 🙁
