ParticipantHi, I tried asking this question on the wordpress.org forum last week and have received zero help. I am running The Events Calendar on http://www.chatswoodsleepsrough.com.au/event/chatswood-sleeps-rough-registration/ I updated the plugin – and WooCommerce, and WordPress – recently and now:
– There is no ability to book on the registration page. Booking used to show up below the map.
– On the back end, I can’t add different prices for tickets to my event. I need four different ticket prices. Is there additional functionality I have to install?
I am managing this site for a client and they are now getting upset as it’s been broken for a week.
I’ve tried disabling other plugins to no avail.

ParticipantA thing I have noticed is this message on the back end:
To begin using WooTickets, please install and activate the latest version of The Events Calendar.I have downloaded and installed the latest version of The Events Calendar no less than three times. Nothing works. I’m getting desperate and my clients are quite upset now. This plugin used to work perfectly with WooCommerce, now nobody can book at all!!!
Please help – thank you!

ParticipantThe only way I can get this working is to reinstall 4.1.4. I’m sure this isn’t normal!!

KeymasterHi Sabrina,
Thanks for reaching out! I understand your frustration here, and I’m sorry you’re running into these issues.
WooCommerce Tickets was replaced a while back by Event Tickets Plus. WooCommerce Tickets is no longer updated, so that’s why the current versions of our other plugins don’t work so well with it anymore. Users who had an active WooCommerce Tickets license at the time the Event Tickets Plus launched received a free Event Tickets Plus license.
Regarding our wordpress.org forums, we usually monitor them on a weekly basis to check for bug reports, but we are not able to provide the faster and more in-depth level of support over there that we provide in our premium support forums.
In order to get this level of support (and also in order to upgrade to Event Tickets Plus), you would need to buy a license. We appreciate your support as a WooCommerce Tickets user and would like to help you out here, so if you could contact us by filling out the form and selecting “Help accessing my account”, we’ll see what we can do to help you get set up with Event Tickets Plus!
Thanks,
Jennifer

ParticipantHi Jennifer
Thank you. I have for the moment reinstated the old plugin as I’m going away for a few days and that can keep everything going until I get back. I will ask my client to buy Events Tickets Plus.
Thanks againJune 15, 2017 at 5:26 pm #1298872Jennifer
KeymasterNo problem!
After purchasing the license, feel free to reach out in our Event Tickets Plus support forum if you need any help getting it set up or configured!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
