Update to 4.25 stops pages with calendar widgets on working

I updated WordPress to 4.6, Avada to 4.03 and Events calendar pro to 4.25 (in that order). Afterwards no pages with the list view widget load correctly. Generally very little of the page loads.

The site homepage http://www.ieee-ukandireland.org is an example. Half way down the page the listview widget appears but now nothing renders below the slider….

I’ve narrowed down the issue.

For the listview widget I have been changing the single-event.php file (as per your advice) so that the listing shows day, date and month. Up until 4.24 this has worked fine. After updating to 4.24 I did the same line addition as normal and that broke everything. I noticed that on the single-event.php file there is an additional ‘if’ statement above the relevant section…..

Under 4.24 the dates are now formatted as day, date and for following months date, month. I assume that this is intentional, but I would still like to display day, date, month for all dates. Can you advise please?

Can you share the exact template you’re attempting to overwrite and I’ll do my best to help out. These types of customizations are typically outside what we’re able to cover, but depending on how quick of a fix it is will determine whether or not I can deliver. Should it come to it, we’ve got a list of customizers that can always help.
