I am getting the message above when I try to register my licence. I found a Post with information about adding a Validate plugin which I did and got the following error messages – I hope they make sense to you!
I have whitelisted the IP addresses and still get no joy.
ALSO I tried to download the Pro update via My Account in The Events Calendar but I get this message “503 ( Invalid Key ): Sorry, your access to this file has expired. Please contact Tribe PRO Support for assistance.”
My licence is vaild until August 2016 and I simply what to update the Pro plugin (now that I have updated The Event Calendar) so I can add a new Event. This is massively frustrating!Checking URL: https://tri.be/

Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help out.
I built that validation plugin so this makes sense to me and sorry for the frustrations.
First you can always download the latest version from your account here on theeventscalendar.com
And follow these steps to manually update:
As for the license it shows in our system as valid. Has it already been saved on the license tab? But now when you go back it is not saying it is valid?
Do you see any updates available in the Update Section of the WordPress Admin for Pro?
From the validator plugin it looks like there is an issue connecting to our servers to verify. It could be on our end or yours so I am going to look into it some more.
Let me know what you find out and we can go from here.
Also you can update right away following those first steps.

I believe we have fixed this issue and you should be able to download or update to the latest version using automatic updates.
Let me know if this is not the case.
