ParticipantI set a ticket to unlimited. When testing, I enter “1”, and the display returns “-1” and then when I click submit, it says a positive number must be entered. Is this a bug?

I’ve just ran some tests in my own WordPress install and wasn’t able to reproduce the error: when I create an event and add a ticket with Unlimited capacity to it, everything is correctly displayed and works as expected in the front-end and in the admin area (please check this screenshot).
To get started, I would recommend you to make sure that all plugins are up-to-date and share your system info with us.

ParticipantWe see a similar issue using Event Tickets Plus where our unlimited ticket shows to the user as ‘-1 available’. We just upgraded to the latest version. I created a new ticket as unlimited but it shows as -1. See the screenshot attached.

Welcome to our forums! I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue as well!
I’ve reviewed our internal bug reports and it looks like this is a known issue that was already solved a month ago. Could you please make sure that Event Tickets and Events Tickets Plus are both up-to-date?

We figured out the issue.There was a version of tickets.php in our child theme for sorting ticket display which you have now provided as a base feature.
