    1. I changed the default settings on the Event Settings > Tickets Tab. This worked once.
    2. I went back into the tab and changed the settings a second time. This reverted to the original default state, despite receiving a dialog messages, “Settings Saved”
    3. I cannot save settings despite receiving a dialog messages, “Settings Saved” each time.

    4. I tried resaving permalinks
    5. I deactivated all plugins (except for events calendar plugins)

    Hello,

    I’m sorry to hear you’re running into this issue! Thanks for trying it with all other plugins deactivated – that’s always a good first troubleshooting step. It would be a good idea to do the same with your theme. Could you try switching to a default theme like Twenty Seventeen and trying again (with all of your other plugins deactivated)?

    If you could also share your system information with me, that would be helpful as well.
