    We are experiencing one issue but not sure how to fix it.

    We currently have an event that is live…I went in and updated the capacity recently to be 30. As you can see on the backend, where you can edit tickets, it says that we have 13 spots available (screenshot below, #1).

    When I go to view the attendees (screenshot below, #2), it also says there are 13 remaining.

    However, we’ve had a few families call saying that the registration is sold out. I just went to do it myself, and this is the error message I got (#3 below): “Sorry! Only -4 tickets remaining…”

    Can you advise? We need families to be able to sign up for this event as soon as possible.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for emailing support and sorry you are having issues. Sounds like there is a conflict.

    Would you be willing to share your system information? That will allow me to check for possible conflicts and see your current calendar settings. You can snag that by heading to Events > Help, copying the information that is at the bottom of the screen, then paste it here for me as a private reply.

    First, try raising the capacity to 47 and see if that gives you the 13 missing tickets.

    To get you started on troubleshooting: First, please make sure you are using the most current versions of all of our plugins. You can also try reinstalling them by following these instructions. If that doesn’t help, the next step in troubleshooting this is going to be testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins (with WP_DEBUG enabled). If you need a testing environment, the free WP Staging plugin will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing.
