Unable to display the next month

Hi Team,
Everything was working well, till i upgraded the version.
The calender is only displaying Dec 2016 and unable to move the next month?

Thanks for going Pro and welcome to the forums! I’m sorry about this issue you are having.

I have checked you page with web developer tools and when I click on January or the search button I get an error message in the console:

<span class=”objectBox objectBox-string “>”NetworkError: 500 Internal Server Error – http://www.bcm-institute.org/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php”</span&gt;

This is not really a plugin specific issue. Here’s an article that should help you troubleshoot this:

Also what you might want to try is deactivating all plugins except for the calendar ones, and switching to a default theme like twentysixteen and check if the issue still exists.

Please make sure that your plugins, theme and WordPress is up to date, and if the issue still exists then please share with me your system information as well.

Hi Andras,
I disabled the plugins and found out, W3 Total Cache was not compatible with “event calender pro”.

Hey Bob, I’m sorry to hear that, but happy that you managed to find the source of the issue.
