    i have added the code from this post but still is not working. i want the customer to only get the completed email and not the tickets. the text about your tickets are coming is working but not the ticket email.

    Hi David,

    Ah, that thread is a little dated and things have changed a bit since then. I just gave this a try instead and it seemed to disable the ticket emails. Give it a try!
