Trouble Using Custom Link in Event

I would like the event page content to point to a custom URL. I am sending it to a link in MindBody Software and it isn’t going to the right place.

Also, it isn’t opening in a new tab.

Help will be much appreciated.

Include step-by-step instructions of what you’re trying to do and I’ll try my best to accommodate. Lastly, can you confirm if the issue still occurs when reviewing our Testing for conflicts guide?
