ParticipantHi, We’ve had a parent sign-up and pay for an event, but it’s the wrong one. Is it possible to transfer them to the correct event?

Unfortunately, the easiest way to do this is to cancel the existing order, and have her sign up for the correct event.

ParticipantI’ve cancelled (and then moved to bin) the order in Woo, but I can’t delete them from the Event. I’m Event>Attendees> ticking them, selecting Delete and clicking apply.
What am I doing wrong, how do I remove them from the wrong event?

So sorry you’re having trouble!
This guide here should tell you what you need to know about managing your orders and attendees on our end, you may have to seek out information about WooCommerce as well though. Let me know if this gets you any further, and if not we can dig into it more together!

The link you’ve sent is where I got the information about deleting an attendee. I followed the instructions… Event>Attendees> ticking them, selecting Delete and clicking apply.

Yeah, that should definitely work. I need you to take the following troubleshooting steps please:
- Turn on WP_debug and let me know about any errors that reveals
- Clear  your site cache
- Test for conflicts by following this documentation here
Let me know how this goes, and if you still have the issue you described when you’ve done all of this, and we’ll work from there. 🙂
