Track users attendance to past events

Is it possible to track the attendance of users to past events?

The use case being we would like to be able to de-prioritise users/members who have not attended events or have RSVPed yes or purchased tickets only then not show up to the event.

Is this possible currently or would this require custom development.

    Hi Jack,

Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!

On the front end, you can view the recent orders placed by a given user, if you switch to or view their account.  On the back end, you can view their orders within WooCommerce Orders, which may be able to give you an idea of events that users have attended, or if they have cancelled orders, etc.

You can also view attendees by event and see if they were checked in for an event or if they did not  end up attending.  However, you cannot get a list of all event attendance in the way you are referring to, out of the box.

If this functionality is a requirement for your intended project, I’d suggest that a third-party developer would be the best way to make this feature happen on a short timeline. 🙂 We maintain a list of developers who work with our plugins on our Knowledgebase here:

You can also vote on the following or add an idea to our Feature Requests, as we tend to implement ideas based on customer feedback, so your input is greatly appreciated:
