tooltip is giving me code instead of info

Im working on a rtl template, and on the main events, the tool tip shows the php code instead of the information

How exactly are you going about implementing RTL on this site?

The code being displayed in the tooltips is JavaScript, and when I viewed the source of your site it seems that this JavaScript code, instead of running, is being converted into character entity code and so it just displays like text in the tooltip.

The results of running through those steps should be quite useful. Let us know what you find if you’re able to run through them, and let us know more about how you’re implementing RTL on a code level – we can continue troubleshooting from there.

I couldnt find the answers, thats why i ask for your help again

I removed the RTL from my template, I even changed the template to wordpress default

This is why i purchaced the pro version, to manage to solve this problem so please help me.

Hey Tal,

I unfortunately cannot read your site well, so it’s hard for me to find the events page. Can you link directly to your events page, with the tooltips?

Next, can you put your site back in a state where the RTL template is disabled, and your theme is a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twelve or Twenty Fourteen?

I will look more closely at your site in this state and see how things behave, which will be very helpful.

Ive made a copy of this website in another hosting, and changed the theme for twenty fifteen

Thank you for doing that! I found the URL that you linked to still had RTL code, as shown in this screenshot:

The problem persists. For example, when I look at the HTML source code for your tooltips, it seems like whatever is enabling RTL on your site (or possible something else) is messing up the encoding of parts of the HTML document itself:

Can you please answer the following questions?

1. How specifically are you enabling RTL? Are you just using RTL-language .mo and .po files, and then adding some rules to wp-config.php? Or are you using a plugin or something else? If so, what are you using specifically?

2. If you completely disable RTL, for example if you set your site so that it uses English and no other plugins except The Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro are active, do the problems persist? If so, please leave your test site in this state, with English the active language and no other plugins except The Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro active.

Your answers will be very helpful here – thank you for your patience Mirit!
