    Hello!

    I have two websites running The events calendar, woocommerce and the events calendar: woocommerce tickets. Both run annual ticketed events.

    Last week I setup one and had no problems. I am now trying to set up the other and ive hit a snag.

    Basically when adding the event “Tickets” does not appear. Ive checked my other site and it should appear below “Additional Functionality” and above “Excerpt” but it isnt on this site.

    Tickets is also not shown as a tab on the Events -> Settings.

    I noticed that there was no licence key in the field when I went to check on it. So I recovered it from the website and added it, this did nothing but highlight that it runs out in 10 hours (something I wasn’t fully aware of and I hope will not affect your support).

    Hey Ben,

    Thanks for reaching out to us on this! I’ll try to help you here…

    First of all let me highlight that WooTickets (The Events Calendar: WooCommerce Tickets) has been replaced by our new plugins Event Tickets (free) and Event Tickets Plus (premium add-on). If you are setting up a new site I recommend switching to our new plugins as WooTickets won’t receive any updates (only critical bug fixes). If you are interested in doing so please go over this article: Moving to Event Tickets Plus. You won’t need to purchase a new license for this, all users holding a ‘legacy’ license had been granted a free Event Tickets Plus license (with same expiration date).

    If you still want to work with WooTickets I can help you trouble shoot this issue as well. In this case please start off by testing for conflicts, this way we can see if this is a problem in our plugin or a conflict with the theme or other installed plugins.
