There is no option shown for adding tickets to the cart. It always went fine but since a few weeks it doesn’t.I can give you my login data so you can try on your own.

MemberI looked into this more and it appears to be a bug when 24 hour clock is selected that causes the date for the when the tickets on sale to revert to January 1st, 1970.
So you tickets had this date:

I changed that to another date and the ticket boxes appear.
The issue comes up with the 24 hour clock when you try to save a time that is between 13 and 24 hours.
Until we can get a fix for this bug please limit the time to 1 to 12 am.

MemberHi, Alex glad that helps. I have added this ticket to our bug report and will update it once we release a fix. For now if you use the 24 hour clock please use a end time between 1 and 12. I am going to close this ticket now as there is nothing more we can do and again it we will update you here once we have information on a release.
Fernando, sorry for the issues you are having. Can you please create another ticket so we can give you our full attention there. This ticket is completed and I do not want to keeping pinging the creator of it every time we reply to each other. When you create the new ticket please check your ticket sale start and end dates for the tickets your created in the event and provide a link to the event as well.

Thanks again for your post. We wanted to get in touch and let you know that although we weren’t able to address this issue in our upcoming 3.10 release, it is still very much a priority. We have a ticket in our system and will be investigating a solution to be released in a future version. Thank you for your patience and support while we work on this!
