ParticipantTickets not displaying on single event page and in the single event admin page. It says ticket has been saved, but there’s no option to purchase the ticket on the event page and nothing to edit ticket in the admin page. I’ve deactivated/reactivated everything but am still having the same problem. Any insight?

ParticipantHey,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I’m sorry you’re having issues using our plugin. Hopefully we can get this sorted out for you as quickly as possible. I tested on a local install with the same versions of WordPress, The Events Calendar, and WooCommerce Tickets while using a default theme and was able to get the tickets to display on the front-end and backend as expected.
As a first step, can you verify that you’ve followed the Testing for Conflicts procedure in total and tested with a completely vanilla site with all plugins deactivated and a default WordPress theme? This will help to trace back what the potential conflict may be.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

ParticipantHello, I have the same issues like Marie-Andrée and the guy in the thread before. I tested everythin but nothing happens – no tickets shown in the frontend. A few months ago everythin worked fine.
Could you please help?
Kind regards,
AlexJanuary 28, 2015 at 9:48 am #938551Josh
ParticipantHey Alex,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I will request that you open a new ticket for this issue. It’s best to do this so we’re able to address each request as quickly as possible as well as keep issues organized due to similar issues having many different possible causes.
When opening a new ticket, be sure to completely follow the Testing for Conflicts procedures and disable all other plugins and switch to a default WordPress theme to help rule out a conflict.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Josh,
I completed the testing for conflicts procedures. I disabled all plugins und took Twenty Twelve as template. All plugins and the template are updated to their latest versions. I only enabled Woocommerce, Woocommerce Tickets and The Events Calendar but nothing happens.
What is meant by “open a new ticket”? Starting a new discussion?

ParticipantHey Alex,
Yes, the best thing to do will be to start a new discussion. To help us in getting to the root of the issue, in your new thread link back to this thread as well as include:
- a link to your site
- a link to an event that should be showing tickets but is not.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Kathleen,
It’s best to open a new ticket so we can give every issue our full attention. Many issues may sound similar but could have many different causes and becomes very difficult trying to address each issue within a single thread.
Thanks!

ParticipantHi there,
I am having the same problems. In some events the tickets appear at the bottom of the page, and in some others they just don’t appear.
Support will be kindly appreciated.

ParticipantHey Fernando
It’s best to open a new ticket so we can give every issue our full attention. Many issues may sound similar but could have many different causes and becomes very difficult trying to address each issue within a single thread.
If you would, please open a new support ticket and provide the necessary information such as the link to your site as well as a link to an event with missing tickets.
Marie-Andree,
It’s been a couple of weeks since we’ve heard from you. I’ll go ahead and close this ticket for now. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to open a new ticket.
Thanks!
