    Hello,

    I have set up the necessary tickets for an event however the tickets are not appearing on the event page. I have followed the set up instructions but nothing is working. Could you help me to figure out what I might be doing wrong?

    We are sorry to hear about the fact that you can’t get the tickets to display properly.
    I would love to help you with this topic.

    As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your system information in a private reply ? (following the instructions found in the link)

    The normal workflow is:

    1. You create a new event / edit an existing event
    2. You go to the Tickets section of the event
    3. You create a new ticket by clicking on Add new ticket
    4. You save the Ticket
    5. The ticket appears both in your Event and in WooCommerce

    Can you tell me where that workflow breaks ?
