Tickets not appearing in recurring events

    Hi there,

    We have upgraded to Event Tickets Plus under the advice of Support (see relevant topic here: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/add-to-cart-function-disappears-when-updating-plugin/), however when we create recurring events (a core feature of the site) no tickets appear in those events.

    A development copy of the website in question is here: https://www.stage.oxfordshireproject.co.uk/

    Currently we’re unable to update WordPress on the live site as recent versions do not work with Events Calendar / Pro and WooTickets that we were using previously for this functionality.

    Is there any way to achieve recurring events AND tickets using Event Tickets Plus?

    Thanks for reaching out to us!

    Unfortunately, Event Tickets Plus does not support tickets for recurring events. If you need to create tickets for a specific instance of a recurring event, then I’d suggest you break that instance from its series and then create the tickets for it.
