ParticipantThe client wants more information coming through to them on the new order email that is collected when the ticket is purchased. I have attached what they receive.
What I need to add is the ticket fieldsets they customer is filling out when purchasing the ticket. I tried looking through the knowledgeable and couldn’t see anything. Can you point me in the right direction?August 4, 2016 at 9:01 pm #1147947Cliff
MemberHi. There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core and WooCommerce) are at their latest versions?
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the attendee meta information is still not coming through on your emails.
If it’s still not, please share your System Information.
Thanks.

MemberGotcha. I better understand what you’re asking.
The Attendee Meta information is going through to the purchaser’s email but not being included in the WooCommerce email to the site/shop owner.
That is the correct behavior at this time.
I believe you’re requesting the same thing as one of our existing feature requests: allow the option to add attendee information to the … admin confirmation
Please do add your vote there.
This allows us to gauge interest in this particular feature request, which helps us prioritize our development efforts.
Thank you.

ParticipantOK, thank you for clearing that up.
Now I need to look at ways to get this information to the – site/shop owner
Can is there a snippet or shortcode that can be added to the woocommerce new order email?
Or Is there a way I can send a daily report with these details maybe? The client is really looking to see this information, that’s why it’s being asked when the purchaser buys the tickets.

MemberWe don’t have such coding/snippet available at this time.
If you need some coding help, you may want to ask your developer or reference our documentation and list of known customizers.
I know our developers are working on making such customizations simpler (like adding more functions for coders to leverage to accomplish such things), but such improvements are a work in progress at this time.

ParticipantCould I send a copy of the ticket email to an administrator as well?

MemberThat very well could be an easier thing to pull off programmatically, but I don’t have such a code snippet at hand for that.

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
