Tickets missing

When adding tickets to the page rsvp tickets show up but woo commerce tickets don’t. You can see from the woo commerce products count that they are added but they don’t show in site or the adminside at all.
From the page when adding woo ticket it just says ticket added but nothing comes to show.

It seems to bind with wpml as when i disabled it it works. Is there any workaround for this as we really need the multilingual system.

Additional note: If you go and disable wpml and then enable it again your tickets show and work normally. You have to do that overtime you add tickets wit woo commerce…

Hi Jaako,

Thanks for reaching out, and I’m sorry you’re running into this issue…unfortunately, while The Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro both currently support WPML, our other plugins like Event Tickets Plus do not (please see this article on getting setup with WPML). Sorry for the bad news! However, we are currently working on expanding support for WPML and hope to release some new functionality later this year, although I cannot make any guarantees on timelines.

We do have somewhat of a workaround for this issue – this post has some steps you can follow to get the tickets to reappear.
