Tickets missing on shop page

    Hi Tribe!

    My shop page displays a set of category images. As you can see it also says how many products are associated with a certain category.
    Now, I’ve got a category “tickets”, but my event’s tickets (which I associated to that category) don’t show. As a result also the category image isn’t displayed (as it is “empty”). Interestingly though, in the the category tab of Woocommerce it shows the correct item count (2 in my case). So, it knows I have tickets, but doesn’t want to display them neither on the shop, nor the category page. This problem only occurs with tickets: when I associate other products to the category “tickets” all is fine.

    I’d appreciate all help on this!

    PS. so it’s as if only items from the type “/product/” get displayed and not those of “/event/”.

    I am glad to see you were able to find the solution.

    Since the issue is resolved I am going to go ahead and close this ticket. If you have a similar issue or another in the future, please do not hesitate to create a new ticket.
