    Hi there,

    We learned that EVENT TICKETS PLUS can’t work for recurring events correctly after we bought this plugin. And we’ve been waiting for its updates but still didn’t see the solution. Our project has been delayed for a while, so we would like to see if we can get refund now. Thank you.

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We are sorry that recurring event tickets support is not yet a reality.

    Not unlike you, we can’t wait to be able to release this exciting new feature.
    To be fully transparent, we have met some unexpected challenges along the way, but we are still pushing through.

    Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a release date at this point. But we are shooting for this fall.

    At this point however, it seems like you unfortunately do not qualify for a refund since you are not within 30 days of your purchase.
    As a side note, for future reference, to obtain the refund, you just need to follow the procedure described here.

    You could also use that same form to dispute this, should you want to.
