Tickets do not show up

    hello
    i purchased and configured the tickets plus plugin and no matter what i do i cannot get the tickets to show up. In fact they don’t even show up if i go to my woocommerce “product” page where they should be by default? We need to begin selling tickets immediately and i dont really know what to do? Do i return the product or can you help

    We are sorry to hear about the fact that you can’t get the tickets to display properly.
    I would love to help you with this topic.

    As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your system information in a private reply ? (following the instructions found in the link)

    The normal workflow is:

    1. You create a new event / edit an existing event
    2. You go to the Tickets section of the event
    3. You create a new ticket by clicking on Add new ticket
    4. You save the Ticket
    5. The ticket appears both in your Event and in WooCommerce

    Can you tell me where that workflow breaks ?
