Tickets and normal product woocommerce

Hi,
I have a woocommerce which has tickets and product.
So if I buy a ticket and a product in the same time, the ticket is not generated if I do not ship the product order
It’s a big problem.
which is the solution?

Hey Riccardo,

Do you mean that the ticket is not generated until you set the Order Status of the order to “Complete”?

And you only do that once you ship the product?
