Great glad it is working.
And for reference the issue here was the Paypal was returning an error:
“Validation error: PayPal IPN response from a different email address”
Because the order payment was not processed when the order was marked complete it was not reducing the stock of the tickets.
We are have a bug report to maybe look to always reducing the stock regardless of Payment status, but for now if you have this issue please check payment process.
