We have following plugins in our site with latest version:
— Event Tickets
— Event Ticket Plus
— Event Calendar Pro
— Event Calendar
— Woocommerce
Last year also we added one ticket https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/customer-purchase-issue-confirmation-email-shows-wrong-date/ for this issue and followed the steps. We again found this issue for one customer.
Client booked an event through the site for June 1 but got a confirmation email for June 29 ?
Also we checked there’s a functionality that allows you to move attendees to another event. So we have attempted to use this feature but it has not worked and the ticket has disappeared all together from the events.
Please suggest what might be the issue and how to solve it.
