ParticipantHello,
I purchased Event ticket plus to go with the event calendar pro. I have the sports club theme from cmsmasters. I have set up the tickets but only one page has the ticket and on the other pages the tickers don’t show up. I can’t quite figure out why. This is the only page where the ticket is showing http://www.ridgemotorsportspark.com/ReDesign2/event/test-event/

I took a look at the links provided and it appears the ‘Tickets‘ section is showing for this event: http://www.ridgemotorsportspark.com/ReDesign2/event/ridge-track-day – however I did not see the ‘Tickets‘ section on the last two links shared.

ParticipantThe tickets are showing but they don’t show right away. After I add a ticket, I have to wait half a day for the ticket to show. If I switch to the 2016 theme to test for conflicts, will all the custom css I have for the current theme disappear? I just want to make sure when I do the test for conflicts I won’t have to move things around too much. I spend a lot of time customizing the current theme and can’t afford to lose my work.

ModeratorTracie,
By temporarily reverting back to the 2016 theme, you will lose you styling and customizations, but hopefully you’ll be able to identify where the conflict is coming from by doing so. You won’t permanently lose your customizations by switching themes momentarily.
It’s best practice to have a test environment where you can perform these tasks so you don’t interrupt your live site. Let me know what you find out and we’ll go from there. Thanks for understanding and have a great afternoon. Cheers!

ParticipantI got it. it was because the start sale was way ahead. Changed it to today and it showed.
