    Hi,
    I’ve just installed the plugin and have successfully sold a few tickets online.
    Using Events Calendar and Tickets Pro.
    When the customer receives their ticket in the email, it does not include the date or time of the concert! I assumed that it would just include the main details from the event.
    I have spent far too long trying to find how to customize this, and am thinking I must be missing something.

    Try using the following extension, which can add event and attendee information to WooCommerce Order Details:

    Hi Jaime,

    I’m wanting just the basic event details on the actual ticket that gets emailed to the customer after purchase. I’m really surprised it’s not on there by default. The ticket doesn’t have details about what the event is, not even the date.

    We are actually working on this feature currently, and hope to release it very soon.

    In the meantime, you can try using the following snippet to add the event date to ticket emails:

    Hi Joel!

    I just wanted to share with you that a new release of our plugin is out, which includes a change in the ticket email to show the event date and time by default.

    We decided to adjust this and make it available by default, so you will no longer need a snippet to make the date and time to show up in the ticket emails.
