    I would love the use the functions of Woocommerce Ticket – Please help:

    Bought the Plugin, installed it and entered the licencecode. However, in a new event I can’t enter the ticket information. It seems, the that the ticket-plugin is not recognized by the event, although licence is valid.

    Same problem was committed here:

    WooTickets not appearing after activating

    The solutions / suggestions of did not help.

    I also deactivated all plugins (despite WooCommerce, Event, woocommerce ticket) and used thwenty thirteen theme with no success.

    I’m sorry it’s not working for you.

    Can you confirm if you are able to see the ticket editor box at all when you edit events – or is it completely absent?

    Dear Barry. Thank you for your prompt response. The ticket editor box is absent. However, there is the notice, that I can extend the functions of event calendar (in my words, the woocommerce licence might not be recognized, although it shows to be valid in the settings tab).
    Same behaviour occurs locally using MAMP as on the internet.
    Everything else look great with woocommerce ticket and I wish I could use it. Do you need more information?

    The license shouldn’t really be an issue – though having a valid license provides you with automated updates and access to further support it should not impact on the operation of the plugins themselves.

    Are you absolutely sure WooCommerce Tickets has been activated, in addition to being installed? Do you see any notices at the top of the plugin admin screen (can you copy and paste them in here if so)?

    Oh Barry, yes, the plugin was activated.

    However, while using the a german installation I was seeking for “Tickets” and did not see the german translation “Karten”.

    Although it was my fault I must admit that the translation is poor. This topic is closed. Thank you very much.

    I’m glad it’s resolved 🙂

    We are predominantly an English-speaking team and certainly rely heavily on the community to furnish us with translations – if you’d like to assist, or suggest an improvement to the existing translation, please just let us know on the Translations Forum.
