I have added different fields in the ticket options: name, email address, etc. If one buys two or more tickets it is necessary to write that information for each ticket, but then (in pdf, in csv or in the web) I can only see the main information of the person who buy the ticket and not the information (name, mail) of the others. It is a big problem because I need that information from each person.
We generally don’t provide premium support here on the pre-sales forum. In the future, please log in using the account connected to your license when seeking support for Events Tickets Plus.
Any custom fields you created for tickets can be viewed in either the Attendees information admin page, or a csv export of that information.
