ParticipantPurchased Event Tickets Plus last week, using with Events Calendar Pro and Woo Commerce
Reread all threads regarding set up with all 3 plug-ins. Just upgraded plug-ins today, had issue since installation.

ParticipantTo clarify, the ticket form does not show on the event page, it never showed up from the beginning of installation, even before I upgraded the plug-ins. Then I tried to add the ticket meta box to other posts and pages to see if that function worked, and no joy.
When I added #event-ticket to the url, it renews the page and still nothing. (A very light horizontal rule shows.)

Thank you for your purchase and sorry to hear about the ticket issues! I would be more than happy to help troubleshoot to see if we can come up with a solution. To clarify, are the ticket forms not displaying on the back-end or front-end of your website? Or both?
Before going much further, can you please review our Testing for conflicts guide and reply back with your findings?

I visited the site p2lbermudaevents.com and can confirm I’m not seeing any ticket info on the event page. As previously stated, I’ll need you to review our Testing for conflicts guide to rule out a theme/plugin conflict.
Please verbally confirm you’ve ran through the article linked above and provide results of your testing in a reply. I am unfortunately unable to log into customer sites, so I’ve removed the admin credentials provided.
Once we’ve ruled out a theme/plugin conflict, I can provide more support. Thanks for understanding and have a great Monday. Cheers!

ParticipantI did follow the Testing for conflicts, as stated above. I am only using the theme TwentySixteen, so I did not have to switch to it. I have disabled all plugins that are not Events. (Which was only woocommerce) There is a problem with your software.
It is also happening on the 2 other sites I installed your software on. I would like to get this problem resolved as soon as possible since my client wants to start selling tickets next week, and after paying $299 for both your Events Calendar and Tickets upgrades for 3 sites, will expect to do it.
