Ticket Fieldsets data not appearing in orders

I am able to add a Tickets Fieldset to event tickets I create, but after the order goes through, that data does not appear in the order itself. What I’m attempting to do is add a checkbox that the user clicks to say they will pick up their tickets at a Will Call booth. When increasing the ticket quantity, it does create a new Will Call checkbox for each attendee. However, none of that information appears on the order in WooCommerce.

Welcome back to the forums and I’m sorry to hear about the issue you’re experiencing. Before I get to testing, can you please confirm you’ve followed the instructions outlined in our Testing for conflicts guide so we can rule out a theme and/or plugin conflict?
