    Hey there, for my events I have to ask a lot of infos to my attendees. I ask them via tickets fieldsets (you can see on this page => http://www.biotechnocentre.fr/colloques/29e-colloque-biotechnocentre/ ).

    Process is okay and people are able to fill them and checkout. But they never receive their informations by mail when order is complete !? How can I performr it ?

    Also i’m not able to see their infos in the backoffice ?

    Can ou help please it’s very important for me.

    I’m sorry you are having this issue, let me try to help you out here.

    To be able to give you full support, could you please share with me your system information in a private reply? Here’s a guide how you can do that:

    To get you started, the collected information should show up when you go to your list of Events. Hover over the event, and click on Attendees.

    Once there you will see the purchased tickets and RSVPs. Click on the View details under the ticket type:

    As for the collected information to be added to the email, that requires a bit of customization. I’ll check around if we already have something like that in place. I ask for your patience.

    Hi, thanks for assistance.

    I can’t see the “attendee” section when hovering my events, I only see “order” (screenshot1). However I already have orders registered…

    Plus, my plugin is up to date.

    It would be great to have such a customization for my emails, thanks a lot.

    You will only see Participants show up on hover if the event has tickets to sell. If there are no tickets for an event, you will not see it.

    As for the attendee details, they are automatically added to the Ticket email that is sent to the buyers, see here:

    It might be missing in the case if you have some custom code or plugin in place that removes this.

    If you run a test for conflicting plugins, that should help you eliminate this issue, or at least find the root of it. Then it will be easier to fix.
