    Hello,

    Two days ago, everything worked well, but nowadays, the emails of the tickets are well received but empty. Would you have the solution? It’s a big site that I can not afford to cut for testing.

    Thanks for using The Events Calendar, I’m happy to help! In order to help, I would like to get some more information from you, if I can:

    -First, could you possibly share your system information with me? This will help me determine what might be causing the issue.

    -Second, have you updated or installed any plugins or themes in the last few days?

    -Finally, could you create a test event with tickets costing $0 on your site so that I can test it out and see this firsthand?

    By uninstalling and re-installing the module, this has worked.
