As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

Typically, this can happen for one of 2 reasons:
- If you are using WooCommerce, the ticket order status has to be set to “Complete”
- Somehow, the built-in WPmail functions are getting filtered (probably by spam filters). If that is the case, I would suggest using a plugin such as: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-wp-smtp/ . That should fix the issue.
