ParticipantHi MT,
I noticed after I updated the Tickets Plus plugin that the total # of tickets available doesn’t count down after someone purchases a ticket. This is problematic since we often sell out and this error leads to us overselling tickets. How do I go about having someone from your team investigate this problem? An example is this event:
http://hudsonheightsfamily.com/event/music-group-with-hank-coyote-6/2016-04-26/I only have 15 tickets available and 8 tickets sold… the count should say 7 tickets available — instead it says 8. I have been manually updating this for the past day and need this resolved.
Cheers,

ParticipantHere is another example of the Tickets Available number not going down: http://hudsonheightsfamily.com/event/music-group-hank-coyote-7/
There are 15 total tickets — at least two people have purchased tickets today and the site still displays 15 tickets available — even after the orders were marked complete.

ParticipantHere is a screenshot from the CMS showing that 2 tickets have been sold, but 15 stare still available.

MemberGood evening Jessica and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the ticket count not working as expected!
I would love to help you with this topic. As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

Secondly, by the looks of it, I believe you have some template customization going on. If I am right, these customizations might require some updating to work properly with ETP (as opposed to WooCommerce Tickets).
Please check the following:
- If you have a folder named /tribe-events/ in your WordPress theme’s directory
- If there are some references to tickets in the functions.php file of your theme
Either way, the best test would be to temporarily revert to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-fifteen to see if the problem persists.
Best regards,
Geoff B.

MemberGood afternoon Jessica,
Thank you for the system information.
Based on it, my first recommendation would be to deactivate the Event Rocket plugin.
The plugin breaks on many levels and has not been updated to support versions 4.x + of our plugins. There is a strong chance that just deactivating it will solve your stock issues.
If that is not the case, we can then pursue the template customization investigation. As suggested earlier, you might want to run a quick test to see if a default WordPress theme fixes your issue.
Best regards,
Geoff B.
