Right now I have an event with one ticket and price. I set the cap to 40 but the notification in the plug-in says “12 sold, 40 remaining, 3 pending.”
I have had trouble in the past with setting the cap and sales exceeding the cap because it didn’t stop the sale of the ticket once the quantity reached the cap. Am I missing something?
I also have the same issue with using global stock. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
