This page didn't load Google Maps correctly

Instead of the Google Map I get this error message:

This page didn’t load Google Maps correctly. See the JavaScript console for technical details.

I have registered a Google Maps API code and entered in the add-ons screen.

The first step any time you’re experiencing an issue is to review our Testing for conflicts guide so we can rule out a theme and/or plugin.
