ParticipantI am also using Events Tickets Plus and Woocommerce for ticket sales. I also have fields set up to capture attendee name and email to capture attendees. However, this attendee info is not showing in the attendee list.
I follow the forum that this is a know issue ant the team is already working to fix it. For now I need to be able to downgrade the Event Tickets Plus to 4.4.1 version, however I could not see this 4.4.1 version on my download dropdown.

The attendee info bug was already fixed in our latest maintenance release. See here > https://theeventscalendar.com/maintenance-release-events-calendar-4-4-5-event-tickets-4-4-5-premium-add-ons/
I see you still have older versions of our plugins, so please make sure you update to the latest versions and see if that solves your issues.
If, for any reason, you also need older versions of our plugins let us know and we’ll be happy to provide them for you.

Just to add that I have updated this plugin today and am finding the same issue is not fixed. The customer attendee fields are not showing up in the admin panel. Please advise…

One thing to bear in mind is that attendee info won’t be available for the tickets purchased with previous version. You should be getting them once you upgrade to 4.4.5.
Is that your case or even now you are not getting the attendee info for new tickets?
If the issue still persist, it could be related to a plugin or theme conflict, so could you please go through the complete steps in this guide > <u>https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/</u> and let me know what you can find in the process?
Also, when coming back could you please share with us your latest system info by following this guide > <u>https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/</u>
