ParticipantI have been reading the forums and looks like a lot of folks are experiencing the same issue as I am. I purchased the license for EC Pro 3.0 and WooTickets. There seems to be some major version conflict though. I have updated WordPress to latest , Calendar pro 3.0 to latest, but latest WooCommerce causes major redirection errors. WooTickets is latest version. I am unable to see those add to cart options and these issues are faced by many as I can see in there forums and they claim to be able to support individual cases due unique setup with each site. I hadn’t imagined this being running into trouble like this. Are there any support options to set standard behavior right of the plugins. I would give you login pword info to check and see where the problems exist at tix4locals.phpexpert.pro/ but the problem is since WooCommerce is active the page seems to be showing available….Ouch!!!! Can’t even login. Why doesn’t it show the add to cart options on tickets. 2.0.12 was tested and causes major issues, whole site kind of breaks. I expect that there may be some patched up version which will work with their latest plugins. Apparently it may work with vanilla WordPress theme but we need it work with MADD theme (custom) that I have.
I want to avoid customizing or debugging the woo commerce which would mean I am locked at this version and cant do future updates. I am looking at refining theme functions to work with this latest WooCommerce but no luck so far. I checked with the theme developer for any updates for latest WooCommerce compatibility, but no luck there either. We are using all latest updates. Any of the following either a theme update to support latest WooCommerce or updated WooCommerce to support my custom MADD theme …any would do. since it is best handled by the respective developer, Modern Tribe, I am looking to you for feedback and guidance on the issue. PLEASE HELP!!!July 23, 2013 at 7:25 am #56501Barry
MemberHi tix4locals, so this seems close/identical to this thread which you also created.
In this case (based on the content of the other thread) it is currently sounding like the problem may be the compatibility of WooCommerce with your theme or with some other plugin and you would need to pursue that issue with WooThemes themselves (or with the vendor of your theme/whichever plugin is conflicting).
We can in any case keep the conversation going in the active thread I linked to above – and so I will now close this one.
