ParticipantDear all,
I hope you had wonderful new year’s celebrations! Happy new year 2017 🙂
We’ve been experiencing some troubles after EC Pro’s latest update, related to mismatch/misalignment of the information displayed on the events’ pages – it has never occurred before. After running all the procedures mentioned on the “Testing for Conflicts” section, it indicated a theme conflict. Our website’s theme is Perth Pro.
After EC Pro’s last update, we got several issues with the non-aligned text & image gallery on our events’ pages. As you can see on the “Image 1”, the image gallery seems compressed against the left side, and it was never like that. The image gallery was always aligned with the text and the Featured Image above. On the “Image 2”, you will see that the misalignment is even worst in another event’s page: the grey box’s border line is over the sentence right above the google calendar’s and ical calendar’s buttons.
We did some investigation and we found out that, when we delete the Featured Image which is above the text, the image gallery is aligned again with the text, as you can see on the “Image 3”.
That said, the issue is related with a theme conflict, and specifically with the Featured Image. How we can get the information beautifully displayed again without changing our theme nor deleting/resizing the Featured Images from all the 400 events we have on our website? 🙂
Thank you very very much for your attention and for the excellent job you’ve been doing!

ModeratorHello 🙂
Welcome to our premium plugin support forums and sorry to see you’re having troubles. I hope your New Year is off to a great start! We typically don’t provide support for theme conflicts, but the issue you’re currently experiencing is also occurring even when the default WordPress themes are active. For what we are able to support in the forums, please review our What support is provided for license holders? Knowledgebase article.
As a temporary workaround, you can either use the following CSS (not guaranteed to work) or revert back to version 4.3.4.2:
.tribe-events-event-image {
float: none;
}If you’d like to use CSS, please review this Customizing WordPress #2 – Using Chrome Developers Tools YouTube video on using your browser’s ‘Inspect‘ tool.
We have a bug logged resembling what you’ve described, so I’ve gone ahead and added this forum thread to the ticket which helps expedite the process of getting a fix included in an upcoming release. I don’t have a precise date when it will be available, but please stay tuned to our Release Notes and the plugin changelogs for more information. Thanks again and let me know if you’ve got any additional questions or comments. Cheers!
